Little Black Dress Initiative (#LBDI) is a week-long awareness and fundraising campaign to educate the community about the food insecurity that we are experiencing in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County.

Junior League of Winston-Salem advocates are wearing the same black dress for five consecutive days to initiate conversations about the literacy limitations that our students experience due to several compounding factors, such as poverty and food insecurity.
